Welcome Prospective Client! At MRI Construction & Remodeling we want to break the mold/stereotype that contractors are dishonest and/or trying to pull the wool over your eyes so we have implemented a new system where the client is much more involved in the bid and subcontract selection process.

MRI Construction does not “compete” with other general contractors for your project, we trust that our clients have reached out to us because of our stainless reputation, our ability to deliver quality workmanship and our desire to go above and beyond to provide a end product and experience that our clients love.

We have streamlined the process for our clients, instead of our clients pulling multiple general contractor bids for their project, MRI Construction collects multiple subcontractor bids for each trade, discloses and reviews those bids with our client to provide feed back and determine the best choice, typically by price but not always.

We charge a flat rate $1,000 fee for our kitchen & bathroom estimates and a $2,500 fee for larger projects such as whole house remodels.
